SANITISER MIXING AND BATCHING PLANT

This was a complete turnkey installation of a Hand sanitiser mixing plant. The tanks were supplied by the customer and we modified them to suit the application. The platform was built around the vessels which were fitted with load cells for weighing. Air operated double diaphragm pumps and a Silverson mixer were also fiited for the batching and powder mixing. Pnuematic controls on the actuated valves along with control panels and remote monitoring. A bunded wall and resin floor was installed to enclose The entire system. Ducting and flame arrestors were fitted externally along with pipework running to the sachet and bottling plants aorund the factory.

Full pipework Installation for a Resin Mixing System for a company in the North West. 76mm Stainless Steel Pipework form offloading tanker to Silo and into factory. All pipework fitted with trace heating and Lagging to keep product fluid and protect from the Cold.

3″ Stainless Steel Air Operated Diaphragm pump fitted complete with full actuated valve control system. Plus all airlines and air preparation kits. Off loading pump fitted with Camlock hoses and ATEX bonding reel.

Existing Manual Changeover Valves were replaced with Air actuated Valves to be controlled via the System PLC which we also designed and fitted.

PLASTIC BAG MANUFACTURING PLANT

This high pressure water manifold is part of an ongoing project we have in Kent building a high pressure cleaning system for a pharmaceutical company. The manifold controls hot water and detergent to three wash cabinets.

We had a call from a customer with leak which was caused by corrosion of the existing pipework and damage from unwanted visitors to the site. After jacking up the pipes and fitting temporary drainage we were called into replace the pipework. Victaulic grooved pipework replaced flow switches welded in position and regalvanised within the given timeframe. The Chiller units were back up and runnning and so was their production.
