COMPLETE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION
After establishing the supply side of our business we recognised that some of our customers needed a full turnkey package.
We have completed many hydraulic installations both locally and across the UK in a variety of different industries.

After sales support and servicing
An example of this is the test rigs we have supplied for a Mechanical Seal manufacturer. These were built using stainless steel high pressure twin ferrule pipework for use on testing of mechanical seals with oil, water and gas. We also supplied all the fittings, valves and meters to complete these systems.
Another example is the supply and installation of twenty hydraulic power packs to a steel rope manufacturer. After assisting their project design engineers in the design of the new production line, we were tasked with supplying and installing forty cylinders fitted to wire drawing mandrels and the four hundred metres of high pressure stainless steel pipework
HYDRAULIC CYLINDER SUPPLY, SERVICE AND REPAIR
Standard hydraulic cylinders used to take weeks from ordering to be available but a unique development in the supply of cylinders has changed this. No longer are cylinders made entirely from scratch to a customer’s pattern, but standard components off the shelf have enabled us to produce and deliver in twenty-four hours in most cases. Single and double acting cylinders from 25 rod 100mm stroke up to 90mm rod with 700mm stroke
BESPOKE CYLINDERS
We can also design and build to order cylinders, including telescopic and multi stage high pressure cylinders up to 12 metres in length and up to 10 tonnes in weight and manufacture a wide range of special duty products for use in all different applications onshore, off shore or subsea
A COST EFFECTIVE REPAIR SERVICE
we can provide a complete re-manufacturing service for hydraulic pistons, rods and cylinder tubes of all makes. Our cylinder re-manufacturing service is supported by our experienced engineers who will ensure that your equipment is tested to the highest operational standards.
Because we always carry stocks of hard chrome-plated rod and honed bored cylinder tube, repairs can be carried out without delay, providing a fast, reliable and highly cost-effective solution.
SPARES AND COMPONENTS
We can also supply piston rod ends, bearings, mounting brackets, trunions and seal kits for most cylinders. As well as hoses and control valves.
SPECIALIST LUBRICATION SYSTEMS
We supply a comprehensive range of lubrication pumps, systems and components from grease nipples to multi-point oil automatic lube management units.
Lubrication is vitally important considering that recent engineering studies have shown how poor lubrication causes around 36% of all premature bearing failures. Systems designed with correct lubrication prevent early bearing failure and machine downtime, leading to an increase in energy efficiency.
The true potential of lubrication is often overlooked in many engineering cases. The right choice of lubrication solution opens up new opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs and boost reliability. It allows you to design a machine that gives your customers increased lifecycle, while being more cost-efective to manufacture. As your lubrication partner, we ensure that the best products are specified
The most cost effective way to realise preventative maintenance and achieve a significant reduction in machine downtime is to design and install a centralised lubrication systems at the heart of your product.
With the right lubrication system, machinery up time, system productivity and maintenance health are fully optimised.
overview of hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems require regular maintenance to ensure efficiency, safety, and longevity. Here’s a brief overview of our key maintenance practices:
Hydraulic System Maintenance
- Fluid Checks – Regularly inspect hydraulic fluid levels, quality, and contamination. Replace or filter fluid as needed.
- Leak Detection – Check hoses, seals, and fittings for leaks to prevent pressure loss and contamination.
- Filter Replacement – Change or clean filters periodically to maintain proper fluid cleanliness.
- Temperature Monitoring – Ensure operating temperatures are within the recommended range to avoid overheating and fluid breakdown.
- Component Inspection – Examine pumps, valves, cylinders, and actuators for wear or damage.
Pneumatic System Maintenance
- Air Quality Management – Use air dryers and filters to remove moisture and contaminants from the compressed air supply.
- Leak Checks – Inspect connections, hoses, and fittings for air leaks, which can reduce system efficiency.
- Lubrication – Keep moving parts lubricated to reduce friction and wear (if required).
- Pressure Regulation – Ensure proper pressure settings to avoid overloading system components.
- Component Examination – Regularly check cylinders, valves, and actuators for wear, misalignment, or damage.
Both systems require scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid costly downtime and ensure smooth operation.
